الغرض من المنافسة
تهدف الهيئة العامة للترفيه من خلال هذا المشروع إلى تطوير البنية التحتية وتعزيز أمنها لتعزيز الإنتاجية والكفاءة في مقر الهيئة. و يشمل نطاق العمل إعاده تصميم البنية التحتية لمنتجات مايكروسوفت المتوفرة في مقر الهيئة العامة للترفيه بالرياض واعدادها اعدادا ملائما بحيث يزيد درجة أمنها بحيث تكون عمليه التطوير حسب طريقه ومعايير شركه مايكروسوفت لتنفيذ المشاريع (Microsoft Solution Framework). وحيث ان التطوير سوف يتم تنفيذه في مراحل، وفي كل مرحلة هناك واجبات سوف يتم تنفيذها وهناك أيضا نتائج سيتم تسليمها للهيئة كنتائج للمرحلة قبل الانتقال للمرحلة التالية. لذلك يجب على المقاول ان يلتزم بمراحل العمل الموضحة في نطاق العمل ويحدد الواجبات والنتائج المتوقعة من كل مرحلة.
